Key Duties & Responsibilities

Service & Guest Experience

• Oversee all interior operations including housekeeping, laundry, service, galley

The position is landbased in Dubai with the opportunity to travel with the Owner to his Yacht (100m+MY) and global destinations when and if required.

 

 As a Service stewardess, you will support the butler team in delivering world-class service to the principal and guests. This role is ideal for someone early in their private service career with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute. Position summary:

The Head of Housekeeping overseas and ensures the immaculate presentation and smooth day-to-day operations of all guest and crew interior areas aboard a 100m+ luxury private yacht. This pivotal role requires impeccable attention to detail, a strong background in 7-star service delivery, and leadership capabilities to manage and motivate the housekeeping team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and discretion at sea and in port.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Oversight & Quality Control

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all guest and crew interior spaces, including staterooms, lounges, spa areas, and service corridors.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet yacht owner and guest expectations.

• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, linen, toiletries, and cleaning products inventory; ensure timely procurement and stock control.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety protocols according to ISM/MLC standards. Guest Service & Confidentiality

• Always guarantee discretion and privacy when dealing with yacht owners, family members, and VIP guests.

• Oversee cabin set-up, turndown service, and special guest requests in coordination with the Chief Stewardess/Interior Manager.

• Ensure guest areas are consistently prepared for guest arrival, including detailed room staging and amenities placement. Team Management & Training

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team (including stews and laundry personnel) to maintain exceptional service standards.

DC1169 - ASSISTANT VILLA MANAGER REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN DUBAI

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Villa Manager to join a high-end private residence in Dubai. This is a hybrid role requiring a professional with luxury hospitality finesse and strong technical aptitude (facility maintenance). You will support the Villa Manager in delivering 7-star service while ensuring the property’s infrastructure runs flawlessly.

  • Note: Backgrounds in Superyachts or Estate Management are highly preferred.

Core Responsibilities

1. Facility & Technical Management

  • Systems Oversight: Monitor the daily functionality of HVAC, AV, lighting, and Smart Home systems to ensure zero downtime.

  • Vendor Coordination: act as the primary point of contact for external contractors, scheduling routine maintenance and supervising urgent repairs.

  • Quality Control: Conduct daily property inspections to identify maintenance issues before they affect the guest experience.

  • Reporting: Maintain detailed maintenance logs and monitor energy consumption for efficiency.

2. Guest Service & Operations

  • Front of House: Lead service delivery for dining, events, and daily routines with a discreet, polished approach.

  • Event Execution: Oversee the setup and breakdown for guest arrivals and special occasions.

  • Department Coordination: Bridge the gap between the Principal and the Housekeeping/Laundry, service teams to ensure guest preferences are met immediately.

3. Leadership & Administration

DC1170 - HOUSE MANAGER - MONACO BASED (WITH TRAVEL TO OTHER EUROPEAN LOCATIONS)

A Monaco-based couple is seeking a House Manager to oversee the operation of their properties, primarily in Monaco. The position is to ensure a high level of service and continuity throughout their homes, communicating effectively with the principles and staff to create a calm and well organised household environment. This is a 'hands on role' for someone who leads by example and can train and guide other staff. Overall, responsibilities will include maintaining the daily routine of the property, ensuring that day-to-day tasks are accomplished seamlessly by the staff and with the minimum of fuss. Ensuring that both permanent and temporary staff are maintaining a high level of standards and you need to communicate effectively the principles needs. Ensuring that the properties are always well provisioned and ready for the principals. Communicating any maintenance or technical issues immediately to the family office so that these issues are quickly and effectively solved.

Duties will include:

Administration: • Staff rotas, liaising with suppliers and contractors, maintaining overall petty cash accounts for the property, overseeing the household budget and purchases. Liaising with the family office on these matters and any issues. • PA duties for Madam on request (booking restaurants, appointments etc). • Inventory management of the property.

Service and Housekeeping: • Daily front of house service in coordination with the principles, chef, and other staff, table setting and service. • Co-ordinating with the chef and principles on daily menus and timing. • Ensuring routine for cleaning and presentation of living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are effectively carried out and detail checking. • Overseeing daily laundry and dry cleaning. • Liaising with the principles on daily wardrobe management and packing for travel. Attention to detail with packing and unpacking. • Daily care and a more detailed attention to the care of fine household items (China, Silver, Crystal etc) and artwork when the principles are not in residence by creating work lists for staff.

Travel: • Coordinate staff travel between the properties whilst liaising with the family office. • Organising readiness of cars in conjunction with the family office. (Routine maintenance and cleaning, paperwork). • Travelling ahead to the properties to make ready for the principals arrival (opening properties and closing properties after Principals departure).

Pet Care: • Monitoring their health and arranging veterinary visits. • Buying supplies. • Preparation for dogs to travel and their transportation between residences. • Occasionally assisting housekeeper with managing the daily routine of feeding and walking the two dogs. • You must also be prepared to stay with the dogs on occasions when principals are not in residence.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working for HNWI in their private households or yachts. Experience as a House Manager or Chief Steward/ess. • Well-spoken and presented individual who can converse fluently in English and conversational French. • High level of attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation skills. • Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and easily adapting to changes. • Calm, patient, and approachable demeanour and can effectively lead other staff. • Confident and proficient at table and wine service, both relaxed and formal settings. • Top housekeeping skills, including laundry, wardrobe care, flower arranging, with a strong emphasis on interior presentation and hygiene. • Comfortable in caring for dogs. • Experience with household or yacht technical systems (AV, lighting, sound).

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Housekeeper with wardrobe and laundry expertise, comfortable operating to UHNW standards. The role includes light relief butler duties and occasional preparation of simple, tasty meals for the principals when the chef is not present.

This is a long-term position in a fully staffed private household, with opportunities for formal butler training following a successful trial.A key focus of this role is to maintain consistent routines, standards, and organisation across all properties, helping to replicate the household’s habits and high standards wherever the candidate is located.

 

Key Responsibilities Wardrobe & Laundry (Primary Focus)

Full management of the principals’ wardrobe, including luxury and couture garments

Hand-washing, stain treatment, steaming, pressing, and careful handling of delicate fabrics (silk, cashmere, tailoring)

Wardrobe organisation, seasonal rotation, packing/unpacking for travel

Coordination with specialist cleaners, tailors, and suppliers

 

Housekeeping & Household Support

Maintain the residence to impeccable standards at all times
