We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Stewardess to join a dynamic and professional interior team, providing exceptional service to the principal and guests on a 100m+ private yacht. A polished, discreet, and proactive approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily service operations including meal service, drink preparation, turndown, and guest
readiness. Assist with formal and informal table settings, including event setup and breakdown
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of interior and guest areas to impeccable standards
• Work closely with the senior service team and follow detailed instructions with consistency
Qualifications & Attributes
• Min. 2 years of experience in yachting on +100m and luxury hospitality, or private service preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Knowledge of silver service and fine dining is an advantage
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

We are seeking an accomplished Interior Manager with proven experience in senior roles aboard 100m+ private yachts or larger. This individual will lead a large multinational interior team and ensure impeccable service delivery, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all interior departments.
The ideal candidate is poised, highly discreet, and demonstrates exceptional leadership, organization, and hospitality acumen. They will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and guest experience, while fostering a collaborative, professional onboard culture.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Service & Guest Experience
• Oversee all interior operations including housekeeping, laundry, service, galley
• Ensure consistency and excellence in personalized service at all times
• Coordinate with heads of departments for seamless guest experiences and itinerary transitions
• Maintain complete discretion and uphold the privacy of principals and guests
Team Leadership & Training
• Manage and lead a large interior team across multiple departments
• Provide structured training, development, and appraisals for junior and senior interior staff
• Foster a high-performance, respectful, and professional team culture
• Set and enforce standards for grooming, etiquette, and guest interaction
Operational Oversight
• Supervise interior budgeting, provisioning, inventories, and purchasing for service areas
• Ensure readiness and presentation of all guest and crew spaces
• Liaise regularly with the Captain, Chef, and Owner’s Rep to align interior operations with guest expectations
• Plan and implement interior rotations, guest turnarounds, and special event support
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in ultra-luxury yachting or private service, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role on yachts 100m+ or larger
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism
• Proven track record managing large interior teams and delivering high-end service at a senior level
• Strong background in all aspects of yacht interior operations including housekeeping, service, laundry, and guest logistics
• Recognized interior or hospitality management certification (e.g., GUEST, IAMI) strongly preferred
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Schengen visa or eligibility to obtain required

DC1150 - JUNIOR BUTLER REQUIRED FOR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE + 100M YACHT
Start date: December 2025
Itinerary: Dubai (residence), 100m+ Superyacht (Mediterranean and global itineraries)
The position is based in Dubai with some travelling plus 3-5 months on the yacht.
As a Junior Butler, you will support the butler team in delivering world-class service to the principal and guests. This role is ideal for someone early in their private service career with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute. A natural passion for hospitality, humility, and a commitment to excellence are key traits for success in this role.
• Assist in preparing and executing daily service routines
• Support table settings, beverage service, turndown service, and room readiness

DC1167 - ROTATIONAL HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING REQUIRED FOR A 100M+ MOTOR YACHT

Position summary:
The Head of Housekeeping overseas and ensures the immaculate presentation and smooth day-to-day operations of all guest and crew interior areas aboard a 100m+ luxury private yacht. This pivotal role requires impeccable attention to detail, a strong background in 7-star service delivery, and leadership capabilities to manage and motivate the housekeeping team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and discretion at sea and in port.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Oversight & Quality Control
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all guest and crew interior spaces, including staterooms, lounges, spa areas, and service corridors.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet yacht owner and guest expectations.
• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, linen, toiletries, and cleaning products inventory; ensure timely procurement and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety protocols according to ISM/MLC standards. Guest Service & Confidentiality
• Always guarantee discretion and privacy when dealing with yacht owners, family members, and VIP guests.
• Oversee cabin set-up, turndown service, and special guest requests in coordination with the Chief Stewardess/Interior Manager.
• Ensure guest areas are consistently prepared for guest arrival, including detailed room staging and amenities placement. Team Management & Training
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team (including stews and laundry personnel) to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Organize daily duties, schedules, and rotas for the team to ensure efficiency and coverage.
• Provide continuous training on housekeeping techniques, luxury service etiquette, wardrobe management, and stain removal. Laundry & Wardrobe Care
• Supervise all laundry operations, ensuring correct handling of high-end garments, delicate fabrics, and crew uniforms.
• Oversee wardrobe inventory, organization, packing, and unpacking for guests and principals as required. Administration & Reporting
• Maintain accurate logs for cleaning schedules, guest preferences, inventories, and maintenance needs. • Liaise with technical departments for repairs or maintenance affecting the interior presentation.
• Report any damages, malfunctions, or unusual situations promptly to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years’ experience in luxury yacht housekeeping (or ultra-luxury hotels/private residences with transferable skills).
• Prior experience as Head of Housekeeping on yachts 100m+ preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Itinerary: Travelling between Dubai and Europe
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with previous experience in both Maritime, Hotel and/or Villa recruitment. Candidates applying must have very strong admin, organization and communication skills; To manage a Villa (40 employees) plus 100m+ yacht (interior of 40 crew members).
