Maintaining the interior, housekeeping, laundry, windows and screens (estate is on the ocean) making sure the exterior is broom swept or using the power blower to clear of leaves and bird messes.

The family is casual, however the husband does host business lunches at the property during the summer season. The children are in camp during the day and have their own respective Nannies, which handle their laundry and their rooms.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Villa Manager is responsible for supporting the Villa Manager in the day-to-day operations of a high-end private residence in Dubai. This role requires a well-rounded professional with a background in hospitality, a solid foundation in facility and technical maintenance oversight, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. The ideal candidate has a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead by example.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Oversight & Technical Coordination

•    Oversee the functionality of all technical systems in the villa, including HVAC, lighting, AV, smart home features, and security systems.

•    Liaise with external vendors and service providers for routine maintenance and urgent repairs.

•    Monitor and report on energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements.

•    Conduct regular inspections to ensure the villa is in pristine condition at all times.

Service Delivery & Hospitality

•    Assist in providing personalized, high-standard service to the principal and guests.

•    Support dining, events, and daily routines with a discreet and polished approach.

•    Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations.
